I am happy that Josephine is enjoying her travels, but sad that this group was going to end, so I stepped up to be the organizer of this group. The purpose of this meetup is for women to meet in circle to craft, create, pray, learn, read, eat, meditate, heal, dance, share and so on. I am happy to hear suggestions from members. My intent is events, groups, circles, volunteerism, fun times, and more. More information to come.
Do you like to scrapbook? Make cards? Knit? Crochet? or do other hand crafts? Then come join other people who are polycrafters- We'll focus on Scrapbooking & Knit/Crochet, but will dabble in other arts (sewing, jewelery, beading, pottery, drawing, etc) to keep our senses sharp and our minds growing!
Knitting and crochet are fulfilling ways to create beautiful items. Sharing the love of the craft is something I seek to do. I enjoyed knitting at a local knitting shop in Hillsboro, but with a demanding career and a wonderful kid I found it hard to drive all the way up to Hillsboro on a weekly basis. The goal is to bring together local knitters and those who wish to learn the craft and share love on a regular basis in the Tigard and Lake Oswego area. I invite local knitters and crochet enthusia …

This is an informal group in the Sappoose area for people who like to do things while socializing. To begin with we will plan social crafting and game nights. Anybody working on a portable project who wants to craft in a group is welcome to join in one of the craft sessions. The game nights are for people who like friendly card or board games. We may expand later to include Scappoose Bay kayak activities, local bike rides and karaoke. Suggestions and member lead meetups are encouraged!

My name is Tara McCormack and I am an Independent Stampin' Up Demonstrator. I first became interested in Stampin’ Up products in 2006 when I was looking for ways to spice up my Scrapbooking pages. I recently had a baby boy and wanted to make an unforgettable baby album. I went to my first Stampin’ Up workshop and the rest was history. As a demonstrator I still find it amazing what I can do with stamps; cards scrapbook pages, home decor, gifts, etc. Since I have a degree in education, I get great …

This group will meet up and experiment with a variety of papercrafting arts and techniques. Most events will offer projects for card making, and scrapbooking. I just moved here from California and am looking for other gals who are crazy about papercrafting. This group is perfect for the novice who needs some direction, but also great for the experienced card maker and scrapbooker that is looking to add to their bag of tricks.
My name is Shelly, welcome to my group page! I took my first cake decorating class at the community center when I was 17 years old, and my mom bought me six tips and a little spatula. I kept that little kit for a few years, and then I discovered a supply shop, and made a cake with pink elephants for my husband's 21st birthday. I was hooked! From that early experience, I took other classes, practiced and learned from other decorators, and proceeded to master my craft. I went on to do special occa …

I've started this Meetup group as a way to harness my creative energies into a volunteer effort with tangible, fun, community-building results. Every month we will get together to concentrate our efforts toward making something tangible (food, quilts, crochetted hats/mittens, etc.) that we can then donate locally.
