CAPA was started by Cate Revill to provide scrapbookers and paper crafters with a venue to meet regularly, and to raise much needed funds for breast cancer research. CAPA is a non for profit organisation. CAPA meets at Isabella Plains on Canberra's Southside approximately every 6 weeks.
