First Ever Craft Boutique Show, put on by Las Vegas Crafters MeetUp.
This show will be on Friday June 20th from 2pm-8pm and Saturday June 21st from 10am-6pm.
Show SetUp: Friday 9am-2pm
Show Hours: Friday 2pm-8pm
Saturday 10am-6pm
Break Down: Saturday 6pm-9pm
Note: If you would like to participate but are unable to setup during the day on Friday, contact me and I will make arrangements with you to have your stuff setup for you, but you must be there Friday evening to help work the show and you must assist with break down on Saturday.
To participate in this event RSVP YES for this and pay the participation fee. You may pay via PayPal, cash or check. If you pay through PayPal on here there is a $2.50 fee added to the cost to cover the paypal charges. If you would like to pay by cash or check contact Ann to make arrangements. The participation fee for this event is to cover material costs and advertising costs. Your spot will not be confirmed and held until the participation fee is received.
The deadline to sign up and participate in this show is May 20, 2008.
By participating in this event you agree to:
*Work at least one shift during the show
*Be present during setup (unless other arrangements are made with me)
*Be present during break down
*Bring one table cover
*Bring any and all display props/staging items you think might be neede to put items on.
*Each vendor will receive fliers to distribute/post to promote the show (you will also receive a PDF copy of the flier to print more if needed)
*Each vendor will need to donate one or more items that equal a $10 minimum value for the charity raffle to support the Ronald McDonald House
*Each vendor will receive approximately 66 white hanging tags to price your items with, each tag must have a unique rubber stamp stamped on one side and the price of the item will go on ther other side
* Some kind of promotional item for a promotional bag give away to the first 50 people that come through the door each day (example: business cards, magnets, pens, etc.) Make sure that it has your contact information on it or attached to it for future purchases

This show will be set-up in a boutique style. Incase you are unaware of what a boutique style craft show is..........It is when all of the vendors items are innermixed in a nice presentation for the customers, there is one check out for all items. There are no designated spaces or tables for each vendor. It is a very nice and quaint style craft show and allows crafters with a small inventory of items to participate.
We would like to have a minimum of 10 vendors for this event and a maximum of 15. So reserve your spot before its gone.
This show should be lots of fun and a great success if we all work together to organize it and promote it to anyone and everyone we know.
