Details

Hey gals, let's go check out some of the other great independent craft collectives in the valley at The Phoenix Indie Craftorama! You can read all about it here

We will plan on meeting up outside of Baja Fresh at the west end of the parking lot at 10am sharp and then we will walk over to the craftorama together and peruse all the fabulous crafters.

afterward, those who can/want to join us for lunch, we will head over to lunch at Ajo Al's. (on 16th St. and Colter) And, since it is so close to Cinco de Mayo and we should all be feeling inspired to create, I will bring a festive little project for us to do after lunch!

This should be a great networking opportunity and a chance for us to spread the word about the Hip Chics to other area crafters, so I will bring some cards/fliers/etc. for us to hand our to folks who might be interested in joining out little group.

You don't have to commit to lunch if you don't have the time but if you would like us to hook up with you for the craftorama, please RSVP so we know who to look for as we gather to stroll the show.

"I enjoyed both events and managed to leave a few dollars with some of the crafts people. I only wish there were more vendors. Lunch was delicious and filling. The mini journal project was an extra bonus. Thank you, Denise! You rock! Victoria"

"what a fun day! we had a great time exploring all the great arts and crafts by some fabulous local arts groups and got the word out about our Hip Chics too! Then, we headed over for a yummy lunch at Ajo Al's and made a fun project and what an awesome surprise that Linda brought tons of great rubber stamps to share with all of us!
